Colors Swathi in leads has although got the release postponed, it’s the trade
which is shocking one and all. ‘Karthikeya’ is being made as a bi-lingual
(Telugu, Tamil) and makers do not want to keep the hold on satellite business
till the release.
As per updates, Sun TV Network has bagged the
satellite rights of ‘Karthikeya’ for a whopping price of Rs.1.45 Crores which
is in fact unimaginable for a small film made on medium budget. Debutant
director Chandu Mondeti and producer Venkat Srinivas of Magnum Cine Prime
Banner is quite happy. Let us see, how movie fares in theatres once it is
