equipment, engines and construction machinery. The Company is also a
producer of various pipe-related products, principally ductile iron

acquisition of of Kverneland ASA. On November 30, 2012, the Company
acquired a Japan-based company, which is engaged in environment
engineering business, from TODA KOGYO CORP.
