purchased Sanex personal care brand from Unilever PLC. On 1 December
2011, the Company completed the sale of Culver Specialty Brands division
to B&G Foods, Inc. On December 6, 2011, the Company completed
acquisition of 82% of the outstanding shares of Concern Kalina. On
December 20, 2011 the Company completed acquisition of Ingman Ice Cream.
In January 2013, it sold American food producer Skippy to Hormel Foods
Corp.
