segment also offers data center services. The Consumer segment provides
services under the names Yahoo! Auction, Yahoo! Shopping, Yahoo! Premium
and Yahoo! BB. On December 17, 2012, it acquired 52.2% shares of
Carview Corp from Softbank Corp. On January 31, 2013, it acquired 100%
stake of a wholly owned subsidiary of Cyberagent Inc. On March 1, 2013,
it took over mobile customer relationship management business from a
Tokyo-based company.
